The 50mg vial is the entry format for GHK-Cu: enough for assay development and first-run comparisons without committing to a larger quantity. Larger vials cost less per milligram ($1.50/mg at 100mg versus $2.00/mg here).
What GHK-Cu is, how it works, what the research reports and its Australian legal status are set out in full on the GHK-Cu page.

Add about 3 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside of the vial and swirl gently; do not shake. 50mg in 3 mL gives 16.7 mg/mL. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C after reconstitution and use within 8–12 weeks. The calculator has this vial preset.
The 50mg is $2.00 per mg. The 100mg is the lowest at $1.50 per mg, so this size costs about 33% more per milligram in exchange for a smaller quantity to use within the 8–12 week window after reconstitution.
Storage, legal status and what the research reports apply to every GHK-Cu size and are answered on the GHK-Cu page.
