Ordering and payment
What is the ordering process?
Drop the vials you want into the cart, enter a delivery address at checkout, then pay by PayID or bank transfer using the details shown on the confirmation page. Quote your order number as the payment reference. We dispatch once the payment has cleared.
Can I pay by card?
Not for the moment. PayID settles instantly with no fee, and a bank transfer typically clears within one to two business days.
Is GST already in the price?
Yes. Every price is quoted in Australian dollars with the 10% GST already included.
Is there pricing for larger quantities?
Yes, for institutions and laboratories. Send your product list with quantities via the contact page and we will quote you.
Can an order be amended or cancelled?
Get in touch with your order number as early as you can. We can usually adjust an order right up until it is packed, which is normally a few hours after payment.
Shipping and tracking
What are the delivery times?
Orders paid before 2pm AEST/AEDT go out the same business day. Standard delivery normally runs 2-5 business days depending on where you are, and express choices appear at checkout.
Will you ship overseas?
No. We deliver to Australian addresses only.
How is my parcel packed?
In plain, padded packaging that carries no description of the contents on the outside. The vials are sealed and the parcel is tracked end to end.
Can you send to a parcel locker?
Yes. Just enter the locker address exactly as it appears in your carrier account.
My tracking is not moving.
Carrier scans sometimes run a day behind. If there has still been no movement after three business days, send us your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
Products and testing
How do I obtain the certificate of analysis?
On request. Message us with your order number and the product, and we will send the certificate covering your batch.
Why does my vial look empty?
The figure on the label is milligrams of freeze-dried powder, which settles as a thin film across the base rather than as a measurable liquid. Reconstitute it following the reconstitution guide.
Do you stock pens, capsules or nasal sprays?
We carry retatrutide pens (15mg, 20mg, 30mg and 70mg, with other strengths made to order) and BPC-157 capsules (500 mcg, 60 to a bottle) alongside the lyophilised vials, all for research use. Nasal sprays are not part of the range.
Can you advise how much to use?
No. These are supplied for in-vitro research, so we offer no dosing, cycle or usage advice for people. The reconstitution guide and calculator deal only with preparing solutions in the laboratory.
Storage and handling
What is the right way to store the vials?
Keep lyophilised vials sealed at -20 °C and out of the light. Once reconstituted, hold the solution at 2-8 °C, use it within 8-12 weeks, and do not freeze it.
My solution has turned cloudy.
Do not use it. Send us the batch number with a photo and we will replace the vial.
Legal
Who is eligible to order from Peptide Aus?
Laboratories, institutions and researchers running in-vitro work, who are 18 or older. Placing an order confirms you fit that description.
Have these products been approved by the TGA?
No. Nothing sold here has been assessed or approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration for use in humans or animals. They are research reagents.
Is buying research peptides lawful in Australia?
Research reagents may be bought and sold for laboratory use. Responsibility for lawful use sits with the buyer; supplying or using them for human therapeutic purposes is controlled under the Poisons Standard and the Therapeutic Goods Act.
Returns
What is your returns policy?
Vials that have been opened or reconstituted cannot be returned. Should an item turn up damaged, wrong or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it.
