Preparing the kit
- Reconstitute Retatrutide (10mg). Add 1 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently until clear; do not shake. 10mg in 1 mL gives 10 mg/mL. The calculator has this vial preset.
- Draw and swab. Swab the vial stopper before each draw. Use a fresh U-100 syringe each time; the calculator converts the amount in milligrams to syringe units at the concentration prepared.
- Store. Lyophilised vials at −20 °C until reconstitution. Reconstituted solution and pens at 2–8 °C, never frozen; reconstituted vials are used within 8–12 weeks, opened bacteriostatic water within 28 days.
