Opened products

Vials that have been opened or reconstituted cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

Reach us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace the item or refund it.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the PayID or bank account the order was paid from, within 5 business days of being approved.
