What GLOW Peptide Blend is
Pre-blended GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 for skin and repair research
GLOW is a three-peptide blend centred on GHK-Cu, with BPC-157 and TB-500 added for their repair and cell-migration mechanisms. It is built for skin and connective-tissue research where collagen signalling, inflammation control and cell migration all come into play together.
How it works
GHK-Cu provides copper-dependent collagen cross-linking and gene-expression effects; BPC-157 layers on angiogenic and anti-inflammatory signalling; TB-500 pushes cell migration through actin regulation. Blending locks the ratio so one reconstitution handles all three.
What the research reports
No trial has examined the blend as a single product. Each component carries its own literature, summarised on the individual compound pages. Researchers should regard GLOW as a fixed-ratio convenience rather than a validated combination.
Key research areas
- Dermal remodelling — Collagen deposition and elasticity endpoints
- Repair signalling — Growth-factor and cytoskeletal pathways combined
- Single-solution handling — A fixed ratio across three peptides
Also known as: GLOW blend, GLOW stack, glowing peptides, glow stack, glow 50, glow 70
GLOW Peptide Blend dosage: what the published studies used
The table lists the amount, frequency and duration each GLOW Peptide Blend study reports, in the model it used. Most peptide research is animal or cell work, so the model column matters as much as the number. These figures describe the research. They are not a recommendation, and Peptide Aus does not give dosing advice for people.
| Study | Model | Amount used | How often | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pollard JD et al. (2005) | Cell culture, human dermal fibroblasts (GHK-Cu) | 1 × 10⁻⁹ mol/L | — | — |
| Lee E et al. (2024) | Human pilot, interstitial cystitis, n=12 (BPC-157) | 10 mg total, injection around the inflamed bladder area | Once, during a single procedure | — |
| Duzel A et al. (2017) | Rat, ischaemic colitis (BPC-157) | 10 μg/kg bath (1 mL/rat) on the colon segment | — | Up to 10 days |

How to reconstitute GLOW Peptide Blend
GLOW Peptide Blend ships as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder and is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before laboratory use. Volumes used on this page: 50mg: 3 mL · 70mg: 3 mL.
- Let the vial reach room temperature. Take it out of the freezer about 15 minutes beforehand so condensation doesn't form inside.
- Swab both stoppers. Wipe the GLOW Peptide Blend vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab and let them dry.
- Draw the water. Use a fresh syringe to draw the volume for your vial size from the bacteriostatic water vial.
- Add it slowly down the inside wall. Aim the stream at the glass, not at the powder, so the cake dissolves without foaming.
- Swirl, don't shake. Roll the vial gently between your fingers until the solution is clear. Shaking can damage the peptide.
- Label and refrigerate. Write the date and concentration on the vial and store it at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Never freeze reconstituted solution.
- Work out the concentration. The vial maths table above, or the calculator, converts milligrams and millilitres into mg/mL and syringe units.

Frequently asked questions
What is GLOW Peptide Blend?
Pre-blended GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500 for skin and repair research. GLOW is a three-peptide blend centred on GHK-Cu, with BPC-157 and TB-500 added for their repair and cell-migration mechanisms. It is built for skin and connective-tissue research where collagen signalling, inflammation control and cell migration all come into play together.
What is GLOW Peptide Blend studied for?
Dermal remodelling: collagen deposition and elasticity endpoints. Repair signalling: growth-factor and cytoskeletal pathways combined. Single-solution handling: a fixed ratio across three peptides. No trial has examined the blend as a single product. Each component carries its own literature, summarised on the individual compound pages. Researchers should regard GLOW as a fixed-ratio convenience rather than a validated combination.
GLOW Peptide Blend before and after: what do the studies show?
Not tested as a single product. The evidence base is GHK-Cu's topical skin results, BPC-157's repair models and TB-500's migration data, each on its own page.
What side effects has GLOW Peptide Blend research reported?
No combined data. The topical GHK-Cu record is solid; BPC-157 and TB-500 have no human safety studies.
What is the GLOW Peptide Blend dosage?
In the published GLOW Peptide Blend research, the amounts used were 1 × 10⁻⁹ mol/L in cell culture, human dermal fibroblasts (ghk-cu) (Pollard JD et al. (2005)); 10 mg total, injection around the inflamed bladder area, Once, during a single procedure in human pilot, interstitial cystitis, n=12 (bpc-157) (Lee E et al. (2024)); 10 μg/kg bath (1 mL/rat) on the colon segment in rat, ischaemic colitis (bpc-157) (Duzel A et al. (2017)). These are the figures each study reports for its own model, listed in full in the dosage table on this page with links to PubMed. Peptide Aus supplies GLOW Peptide Blend for in-vitro research and does not give dosing guidance for people.
GLOW Peptide Blend vs KLOW: what is the difference?
KLOW is GLOW plus KPV, the anti-inflammatory tripeptide, in a larger 80mg vial. Pick KLOW when inflammation control is part of the question.
GLOW Peptide Blend vs GHK-Cu: what is the difference?
GHK-Cu on its own isolates the copper-peptide effect; GLOW adds two repair peptides.
What goes into GLOW?
GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500. The 50mg vial carries 50mg total; the 70mg vial carries 70mg at the same ratio. The exact composition is on each batch certificate.
GLOW or KLOW?
KLOW is GLOW with KPV, the anti-inflammatory tripeptide, added. Pick KLOW when inflammation control forms part of the research question.
How do you reconstitute GLOW Peptide Blend?
With bacteriostatic water added slowly down the inside wall of the vial, then swirled gently. Each vial size lists its suggested volume, and the calculator converts volume to concentration.
How should GLOW Peptide Blend be stored?
Lyophilised: −20 °C, sealed, away from light and moisture. Reconstituted: 2–8 °C, used within 8–12 weeks, never frozen.
