KLOW Peptide Blend (80mg)
Research KLOW Peptide Blend vial, dispatched from Australian stock. In Stock
Pre-blended GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV
Take the three peptides in GLOW (GHK-Cu, BPC-157 and TB-500) and add a fourth, KPV, and you have KLOW. The KPV fragment carries the anti-inflammatory end of alpha-MSH but none of its pigment-driving activity, so the blend moves away from being purely a skin-repair formula and toward wider recovery and inflammation work.
How it works
Four peptides, four routes of action: GHK-Cu drives copper-dependent collagen signalling, BPC-157 works through growth-factor and nitric-oxide signalling, TB-500 promotes actin-driven cell migration, and KPV dampens NF-κB. Those proportions are held constant inside the single 80mg vial.
What the research reports
No published trial has studied the four together as a finished product, so the evidence base is whatever sits on each individual compound's page. KPV's track record in gut-inflammation research is usually why investigators reach for KLOW in gastrointestinal and systemic inflammation models.
Key research areas
- Recovery research — Models spanning connective tissue, muscle and skin
- Inflammation control — Cytokine readouts and NF-κB activity
- Gut-barrier research — KPV applied to intestinal epithelium models

The table lists the amount, frequency and duration each KLOW Peptide Blend study reports, in the model it used. Most peptide research is animal or cell work, so the model column matters as much as the number. These figures describe the research. They are not a recommendation, and Peptide Aus does not give dosing advice for people.
| Study | Model | Amount used | How often | Duration |

How to reconstitute KLOW Peptide Blend
KLOW Peptide Blend ships as a lyophilised (freeze-dried) powder and is reconstituted with bacteriostatic water before laboratory use. Volumes used on this page: 80mg: 3 mL.
- Let the vial reach room temperature. Take it out of the freezer about 15 minutes beforehand so condensation doesn't form inside.
- Swab both stoppers. Wipe the KLOW Peptide Blend vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol swab and let them dry.
- Draw the water. Use a fresh syringe to draw the volume for your vial size from the bacteriostatic water vial.
- Add it slowly down the inside wall. Aim the stream at the glass, not at the powder, so the cake dissolves without foaming.
- Swirl, don't shake. Roll the vial gently between your fingers until the solution is clear. Shaking can damage the peptide.
- Label and refrigerate. Write the date and concentration on the vial and store it at 2–8 °C, protected from light. Never freeze reconstituted solution.
- Work out the concentration. The vial maths table above, or the calculator, converts milligrams and millilitres into mg/mL and syringe units.

Frequently asked questions
What is KLOW Peptide Blend?
Pre-blended GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 and KPV.
What is KLOW Peptide Blend studied for?
Recovery research: models spanning connective tissue, muscle and skin. Inflammation control: cytokine readouts and NF-κB activity. Gut-barrier research: kPV applied to intestinal epithelium models. No published trial has studied the four together as a finished product, so the evidence base is whatever sits on each individual compound's page. KPV's track record in gut-inflammation research is usually why investigators reach for KLOW in gastrointestinal and systemic inflammation models.
KLOW Peptide Blend before and after: what do the studies show?
There is no single-product trial; you have to read the evidence on each component's own page, and it is KPV's colitis data that tends to make KLOW the pick for gut and inflammation designs.
What side effects has KLOW Peptide Blend research reported?
There is no combined dataset, so each of the four components' own safety profiles are what apply.
What is the KLOW Peptide Blend dosage?
In the published KLOW Peptide Blend research, the amounts used were 1 × 10⁻⁹ mol/L in ghk-cu: cell culture, human dermal fibroblasts (Pollard JD et al. (2005)); 200 or 2 μg/kg intraperitoneal, Once, 10 min after injury in bpc-157: rat, spinal cord injury (Perovic D et al. (2019)); 10 mg IV (day 1), 20 mg IV (day 2), each in 250 cc saline over 1 h, Once daily on 2 days in bpc-157: human safety pilot (Lee E et al. (2025)). These are the figures each study reports for its own model, listed in full in the dosage table on this page with links to PubMed. Peptide Aus supplies KLOW Peptide Blend for in-vitro research and does not give dosing guidance for people.
KLOW Peptide Blend vs GLOW: what is the difference?
GLOW runs the same three peptides but leaves out KPV; KLOW folds in that NF-kB suppression for inflammation research.
KLOW Peptide Blend vs Wolverine stack: what is the difference?
Where the Wolverine stack is just BPC-157 and TB-500, KLOW brings GHK-Cu and KPV on top.
What sets KLOW apart from GLOW?
KLOW carries one additional peptide (KPV) and comes in a bigger 80mg vial. Beyond that it is the identical trio of compounds held at the identical ratio.
How do you reconstitute KLOW Peptide Blend (80mg)?
Add about 3 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside of the vial and swirl gently; do not shake. 80mg in 3 mL gives 26.7 mg/mL. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C after reconstitution and use within 8–12 weeks. The calculator has this vial preset.
How should KLOW Peptide Blend be stored?
Lyophilised: −20 °C, sealed, away from light and moisture. Reconstituted: 2–8 °C, used within 8–12 weeks, never frozen.
Is KLOW Peptide Blend legal in Australia?
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has not registered KLOW Peptide Blend as a medicine in Australia, and it carries no approval for use in humans or animals. What Peptide Aus sells is a research reagent intended for in-vitro laboratory work and nothing more. In Australia, supplying any substance for human use falls under the Therapeutic Goods Act and the Poisons Standard, and it is the purchaser who must ensure the material is used within the law. Anyone seeking treatment should consult a doctor.
Where can I buy KLOW Peptide Blend in Australia, and what does it cost?
Directly from Peptide Aus, from Australian stock: KLOW Peptide Blend (80mg) is $199.99 AUD including GST. Paid orders before 2pm AEST/AEDT dispatch the same business day, tracked.
