Add about 3 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside of the vial and swirl gently; do not shake. 100mg in 3 mL gives 33.3 mg/mL. Refrigerate at 2–8 °C after reconstitution and use within 8–12 weeks. The calculator has this vial preset.
On cost per milligram, yes: the 100mg works out at $1.50 per mg, the lowest of the 2 sizes stocked, against $2.00 per mg for the 50mg. It only wins if the quantity suits the protocol, because reconstituted material keeps for 8–12 weeks at 2–8 °C.
Storage, legal status and what the research reports apply to every GHK-Cu size and are answered on the GHK-Cu page.
