The 15mg pen is a pre-filled aqueous pen: 15mg of Retatrutide in 3 mL of sterile water-based solution (5 mg/mL) in a dial-a-dose device. Each click of the dial is 0.5 mg, so a full pen holds 30 clicks, and a transparent window shows the volume remaining. There is nothing to mix and no bacteriostatic water to add. The pen is filled to order: 15mg, 20mg, 30mg and 70mg are the stocked strengths, and other strengths can be filled on request for research quantities. The lyophilised vial remains the format for work that needs a chosen concentration on the day.
