Why this kit
Separate vials rather than the blend, for designs that vary the ratio; 2 mL each.
Kit value
Bought separately the 5 items come to $287.75. The kit is $255.99, which saves $31.76 (11%). Every item is the same product sold on its own page, from the same Australian stock, with a certificate of analysis available for each peptide batch.
Preparing the kit
- Reconstitute BPC-157 (10mg). Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently until clear; do not shake. 10mg in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. The calculator has this vial preset.
- Reconstitute TB-500 (10mg). Add 2 mL of bacteriostatic water slowly down the inside wall of the vial and swirl gently until clear; do not shake. 10mg in 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL. The calculator has this vial preset.
- Draw and swab. Swab the vial stopper before each draw. Use a fresh U-100 syringe each time; the calculator converts the amount in milligrams to syringe units at the concentration prepared.
- Store. Lyophilised vials at −20 °C until reconstitution. Reconstituted solution and pens at 2–8 °C, never frozen; reconstituted vials are used within 8–12 weeks, opened bacteriostatic water within 28 days.
About BPC-157 and TB-500
BPC-157
Synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a gastric protein sequence
A stable sequence of 15 amino acids lifted from a protective protein in human gastric juice, BPC-157 ranks among the most heavily cited repair peptides in the preclinical record. Several hundred rodent experiments have examined it across tendon, ligament, muscle, gut and nervous-system injury. Part of what sets it apart is its durability: it withstands stomach acid and stays active in solution for days.
Accelerated healing against controls has been reported in rat Achilles tendon transection (Staresinic et al., J Orthop Res 2003), medial collateral ligament injury, muscle crush and gastric-ulcer models. Gut work shows the intestinal lining protected in NSAID-induced injury. The human record is thin, limited to small trials and case series, and no controlled human trial exists.

TB-500
Synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4 (residues 17-23 region)
TB-500 is a short synthetic peptide that reproduces the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4, a 43-amino-acid protein found in nearly every human cell. Thymosin beta-4 governs actin polymerisation, the machinery cells use to move, and it is that property the bulk of the repair research leans on.
Thymosin beta-4 has been examined in dermal wound healing (Malinda et al., J Invest Dermatol 1999), corneal injury, and cardiac repair after infarction in mouse models (Bock-Marquette et al., Nature 2004). Clinical trials of the full-length protein in venous ulcers and dry eye have been completed, while the synthetic fragment itself remains at the preclinical stage.

Frequently asked questions
What is in the kit?
BPC-157 (10mg) ×1; TB-500 10mg ×1; Bacteriostatic Water 10mL ×1; Insulin syringes (U-100, 1 mL) ×40; Alcohol swabs ×40. Every item is listed in the table above with a link to its own page.
Why these quantities?
Separate vials rather than the blend, for designs that vary the ratio; 2 mL each.
How much does the kit save?
Bought separately the parts come to $287.75; the kit is $255.99, a saving of $31.76 (11%). Kits are priced with the peptide at full price and the supplies at half price.
What does the research show about BPC-157?
Accelerated healing against controls has been reported in rat Achilles tendon transection (Staresinic et al., J Orthop Res 2003), medial collateral ligament injury, muscle crush and gastric-ulcer models. Gut work shows the intestinal lining protected in NSAID-induced injury. The human record is thin, limited to small trials and case series, and no controlled human trial exists.
What does the research show about TB-500?
Thymosin beta-4 has been examined in dermal wound healing (Malinda et al., J Invest Dermatol 1999), corneal injury, and cardiac repair after infarction in mouse models (Bock-Marquette et al., Nature 2004). Clinical trials of the full-length protein in venous ulcers and dry eye have been completed, while the synthetic fragment itself remains at the preclinical stage.
Does the kit need anything else?
No. It holds the peptide, the water or pen needles it needs, syringes where the format uses them, and swabs. A sharps container is an optional add-on.
How is it reconstituted and stored?
Water needed: 2 + 2 mL. Vials are reconstituted as described in the preparation steps above and in the reconstitution guide; lyophilised vials store at −20 °C, reconstituted solution and pens at 2–8 °C.
Is the kit for research only?
No registered BPC-157 medicine exists anywhere, and the TGA has not approved the peptide for any human use. Within Australia, supplying it for human use sits under the prescription-only schedule of the Poisons Standard, and the TGA has acted against companies that market it that way. Peptide Aus provides BPC-157 strictly as a research reagent for in-vitro laboratory work, and responsibility for lawful use rests with the buyer. Our guide covers the legal status of BPC-157 in Australia.
Where can I buy it?
Directly from Peptide Aus, from Australian stock. Paid orders before 2pm AEST/AEDT dispatch the same business day, tracked.
